Our value-based fee structure reflects the complexity and impact of your financial needs, not simply the time spent on your work. We work with our clients throughout the year, utilizing tax extensions to maximize our team’s capacity and well-being. Our goal is to deliver meaningful results and foster the trusted advisor relationship you deserve.

Prior to engaging our services and becoming a full-service client, we charge a non-refundable new client set-up fee of $500 which will be applied to your initial invoice with our firm.

Please note that we do not take on new clients between February and April who require tax filings for the
current tax filing year. We encourage prospective new clients who contact us in the spring to file extensions
for their tax filings and pay the estimated taxes due, and then we are happy to meet and onboard you as
new clients in May.
